Me – Care for Leah at all times. Will support perineum when baby emerges. Will milk

cord blood onto blood type kit. Will take placenta, clean and examine it. Will see

that birth plan is followed . Will do newborn exam. Will keep caring for Leah

post partum. Will do anything else that others don’t get done.

Sarah or Aaron – Take pictures and/or hold and talk to the boys when baby emerges to

to help them focus. Anna might be able to hold the other.

Monica – in charge of video machine.

Stephenie – Keep the boys busy and also might be able to hold one during birth.

THESE THINGS ARE FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES TO TAKE ON:

Ask Leah what she wants to eat when settled in bed, and/or after hour of bonding, and manifest it!

If a girl, go through girl clothes and pick outfits for first week.

LEAH’S BIRTH PLAN

MAIN WISH: Everyone quiet when baby comes out, only whisper if necessary for the

first hour of bonding.

Leah hopes to be reclining back against Heath in the water so that she is completely afloat for birth. The baby will emerge and swim to the surface before she receives her/him.

She will stay in tub for cutting the cord and delivery of the placenta.

Heath will cut cord.

She will go to herb bath when she is ready.

Everyone should be watching the time and give her family quiet time for the first hour.
